IVY'S LAST LEAF

This world seems so empty today

Feels like to go far away.

Covered with a mist of sorrow and sadness

Heart feels empty and there's no happiness.

At the empty walls and the gloomy moon

To me nothing seems like a boon.

I wandered to get happiness in this planet

But I felt there's no joy that I could get.

Neither any confidant to swipe my tears

Nor any Nightingale that I could hear.

I walked everywhere but I found no jest

I feel like I'm an unwelcome guest .

The pain is really hard to bear

What could I do is to only stare.

Almost all doors are closed on my fate

Fighting with circumstances I am abated

I needed lil happiness from anywhere at least

To keep alive my IVY's last leaf....
